New Pathways. Greater Possibilities.
More than half of the nation’s jobs require more training or education than a high school diploma but less than a four-year degree. Skills training offers a proven pathway to better jobs and higher wages. In response to rising demand from the community and employers, NOCC launched seven new career pathways for those over 18. We designed each one to align with industry needs, provide immediate value in the job market, and support long-term opportunities for more training and learning.
We embedded success coaches in each pathway to provide trainees with real-time support navigating academic, personal, or logistical challenges that might impede their ability to complete training.
